Every artwork I create is a one-of-a-kind original, made with care and intention. I want you to absolutely love what you receive. If there’s ever a problem, please reach out — I want to make it right wherever possible.

 

Returns 

I accept returns under certain circumstances:

• If your artwork arrives damaged or defective
  Please email me at olga@art-by-olga.com within 7 days of delivery with photos of the issue. I’ll work with you to arrange a replacement (if possible) or a full refund.

• Change of mind
  Because my pieces are one-off originals, I generally don’t accept returns if you’ve simply changed your mind. However, I understand that art is emotional — if something feels truly off, email me and we’ll talk. I’ll always try to find a fair solution.

Exchanges 

Since every artwork is unique, exchanges aren’t usually possible. But if something has gone wrong with your order, contact me and I’ll do my best to help.

Refunds 

• For approved returns (e.g. damaged or defective items), refunds are processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days once I receive the returned piece.

• I’ll email you personally to confirm when your refund is complete.

 

Non-returnable items 

• Custom commissions or personalised artworks

• Gift cards

• Final-sale items marked as non-returnable

How to request a return 

Just email me at olga@art-by-olga.com with:

• Your order number

• The title of the artwork

• A short note explaining the issue

I’m a one-person studio, so I handle every enquiry myself and will do my best to make sure you’re happy.
