Inspired by reef systems, these pieces are built through glazing, allowing depth to accumulate gradually. Colours shift and interact across translucent layers, creating a sense of movement and emergence.
 
Acrylic on canvas forms the foundation, with moments of charcoal and soft pastel introduced as contrast, adding raw, tactile interruptions within the fluid paint.
The balance between control and looseness is intentional, echoing the way natural systems grow: structured, but never rigid.
 
The work sits between abstraction and landscape. It suggest coral forms, currents, and organic growth without becoming literal, leaving space for personal interpretation.
